Fields of Application :
SU6668 has greatest potency against PDGFR autophosphorylation with Ki of 8 nM, but also strongly inhibits Flk-1 and FGFR1 trans-phosphorylation, little activity against IGF-1R, Met, Src, Lck, Zap70, Abl and CDK2; does not inhibit EGFR.

Description:
Orantinib, also known as TSU-68；SU6668, is an orally bioavailable receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Orantinib binds to and inhibits the autophosphorylation of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2), platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR), and fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR), thereby inhibiting angiogenesis and cell proliferation.
