Description:
Thiazovivin is a compound, when used in combination with SB 431542 and PD 0325901, that significantly enhances the efficiency of fibroblast reprogramming to generate induced pluripotent stem cells. The compound has also been documented to improve the survival of human embryonic stem cells upon trypsinization.
