Cyclosporin H is immunologically inactive. Does not bind to immunophilin. Cyclosporin H is a potent inhibitor of tumor promoting phorbol ester TPA/PMA in mouse skin . Potent inhibitor of Ca2+/calmodulin dependent EF-2 phosphorylation in vitro. Potent and selective antagonist of FPR ( Formyl peptide receptor).
