| 体外研究 | 心房利钠肽（ANP）是最初从哺乳动物心脏分离的利尿剂，利尿钠和血管舒张肽激素。在培养的猪内皮细胞中，用血管紧张素II（Ang II）刺激后猪ANP（1-28）对免疫反应性内皮素-1分泌的抑制与细胞cGMP水平的增加相平行。猪ANP（1-28）在用Ang II刺激后强烈抑制猪主动脉中的免疫反应性内皮素-1分泌[1]。 ANP是一种参与电解质和液体稳态的心脏激素。使用培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞，ANP抑制由血管紧张素II（ANGII）和凝血酶刺激的内皮素-1分泌。人ANP（1-28）抑制免疫反应性（ir） - 内皮素-1分泌并增加人脐静脉内皮细胞中的环GMP [2]。在来自正常大鼠的肾小球中，人125I-ANP（1-28）结合单个高亲和力受体群，平均平衡解离常数为0.46nM。人ANP（1-28）以高亲和力刺激的cGMP积累与肾小球ANP受体结合。人ANP（1-28）显着刺激cGMP的产生，但在正常大鼠肾小球中不产生cAMP [3]。 |
