Cells in the logarithmic-growth phase were cultured in 96-well plates at a density of 1×105 cells/well in triplicate. Following incubation for 24 h, nimotuzumab was added at concentrations of 2,000, 1,000, 500, 250, 125 or 62.5 μg/ml. MTT was added following incubation at 37°C for 24, 48 or 72 h, followed by the addition of 150 μl dimethyl sulfoxide into each well.
