5(6)-FAM 5(6)-羧基荧光素是美国AAT Bioquest生产的用于标记核苷酸/核酸的试剂 ,羧荧光素(通常被称为FAM)及其胺反应性琥珀酰亚胺酯在生物结合中比FITC更受青睐。FAM试剂产生的羧酰胺更耐水解。此外,FAM试剂对共轭条件要求较低,共轭产率较高,所得共轭物具有较好的稳定性。FITC标记的核苷酸和肽比相应的FAM结合物更容易变性。
