产品介绍

6-DTAF是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料 ，与5-DTAF相比，6-异构体可更好地用于寡核苷酸及核酸的标记。如同5-DTAF，6-DTAF不仅可与氨基发生反应，还能与巯基反应甚至可与羟基反应，如多糖及水溶液中pH值大于9的其它醇类直接反应。由于其高活性，6-DTAF也可用于标记碳水化合物。
