5-TRITC 四甲基罗丹明-5-异硫氰酸是美国AAT Bioquest生产的罗丹明类染料 。5-TRITC是氨基反应性标记试剂，广泛用于制备蛋白质和核酸的生物缀合物。得到的缀合物具有与由5-TAMRA，SE制备的那些缀合物相似的光谱性质。然而，后者的缀合物更稳定。
