单氯二胺 mBCl是美国AAT Bioquest生产的的荧光染料 。单氯二胺（mBCl）基本上是非荧光的，直到与硫醇基团反应。它容易与几种低分子量硫醇反应，包括半胱氨酸，谷胱甘肽，N-乙酰半胱氨酸，巯基嘌呤，肽和血浆硫醇。mBCl的谷胱甘肽缀合物具有~394 / 490nm的吸收/发射最大值。
