MUG β半乳糖苷酶检测 荧光蓝是美国AAT Bioquest生产的用于检测β半乳糖苷酶 的试剂，MUG是荧光MU底物，用于使用荧光酶标仪或荧光计检测细胞提取物和纯化的酶制剂中的半乳糖苷酶。 7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素（4-甲基伞形酮，MU）的有机和无机酯和糖苷是最常用的荧光底物。 这些底物产生水溶性蓝色荧光香豆素荧光团。 MU在pH 10以上产生最大荧光。
