5(6)-FAM, SE 5(6)-羧基荧光素琥珀酰亚胺酯是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光素 ，羧基荧光素（通常称为FAM）及其胺反应性琥珀酰亚胺酯在生物共轭中优于FITC。 FAM试剂使甲酰胺更耐水解。 此外，FAM试剂需要的缀合条件简单但产生缀合产率较高，并且所得缀合物具有优异的稳定性。 FITC标记的核苷酸和肽往往比相应的FAM偶联物降解更快。 我们发现FAM试剂可用于替代大多数生物学应用中的FITC试剂。
