超氧化物检测荧光探针 MCLA是美国AAT Bioquest生产的检测超氧化物 的探针,MCLA已经用于对体内多种条件下(包括中性粒细胞,巨噬细胞,人工培养的细胞和血管组织中)形成的过氧化物的分析。使用MCLA化学发光,活体内过氧化物产物在肝细胞表面,肠,心-脏和肺中都已经有报告。MCLA增强型化学荧光也可以用来检测来自于精-子的提取物中过氧化物的产物。
