产品介绍

荧光素DHPE是一种磷脂，用明亮的绿色荧光染料标记在头部。由于荧光素的光不稳定性，Fluorescein DHPE是一种利用荧光光漂白回收法测量膜横向扩散的有效试剂。荧光素DHPE还与多克隆抗荧光素染料抗体一起用于制备胶体探针，用于SPT在支撑磷脂双分子层和角膜细胞质膜中的扩散检测。
