荧光素二辛酸盐WS1是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光素 ，荧光素二辛酸酯WS1是一种非荧光水溶性荧光素衍生物。酯酶水解二辛酸酯基团，产生高度荧光的产物荧光素。这种水溶性的二辛酸荧光素可能使沙门氏菌染成绿色荧光。它是C8酯酶的荧光底物，在酯酶裂解后会产生绿色荧光。与荧光素二辛酸酯酯酶底物相比，该荧光素二辛酸酯WS1的水溶性要高得多，而荧光素二辛酸酯在水溶液中沉淀，使其难以用于连续测定。
