产品介绍
钙橙素双乙酸盐是美国AAT Bioquest生产的细胞活力测定 试剂，钙黄绿素AM是最流行的荧光探针之一，用于标记和监测活细胞的细胞功能。但是，钙黄绿素AM的单色使得无法在多色应用中使用这种有价值的试剂。例如，由于与GFP相同的颜色，不可能在结合GFP的细胞中使用钙黄绿素AM。为了解决钙黄绿素AM的颜色限制，我们开发了钙黄绿橙 ，钙黄绿 和钙黄绿 。这些新的Calcein AM类似物与Calcein AM结合使用，可以对活细胞进行多色标记和功能分析。非荧光钙黄绿橙 二醋酸酯可轻松进入活细胞并水解产生强荧光钙黄绿橙 染料。AAT Bioquest还提供Calcein Orange 作为Calcein Orange diacetate的参考染料。
