产品介绍

在家庭用水中存在一定浓度的硫化氢通常不会危害健康。含有硫化氢的水(通常称为硫水)具有独特的“臭鸡蛋”气味。这种水会使咖啡,茶和其他饮料变色,并改变熟食的外观和味道。但是,溶于水中的硫化氢会腐蚀洗衣机和其他用水设备中的水管金属,例如铁,钢,铜和黄铜,以及露出的金属零件。硫化氢对钢铁的腐蚀形成硫化亚铁或“黑水”,可使银器变黑并使铜和黄铜器皿褪色。硫化氢也会干扰水软化剂的有效性,高浓度硫化物是有毒的。Amplite 硫化物检测试剂盒提供了一种检测溶液中硫化物阴离子的可靠方法。它使用Sulfide Green ,这是一种选择性灵敏的绿色硫化物探针,可以使用荧光酶标仪(Ex / Em = 490/530 nm)轻松检测。与硫化物阴离子反应后,Sulfide Green产生与硫化物浓度成正比的强绿色荧光。Amplite 硫化物检测试剂盒可以以方便的96孔或384孔微孔板进行操作,无需分离步骤即可轻松实现自动化。该测定可以在30分钟内完成。
