新型钙离子荧光探针Calbryte 590,钾盐是美国AAT Bioquest生产的钙离子荧光探针 ，细胞内钙通量测定法是监测信号转导途径和G蛋白偶联受体（GPCR）和钙通道靶标的高通量筛选的一种广泛使用的方法。随后在1989年推出Rhod-2，后来开发了具有改善的信噪比的Rhod-4和Cal-590，它们成为用于共聚焦显微镜，流式细胞术和高通量筛选应用的广泛使用的红色荧光Ca2 +指示剂。Calbryte 590是用于测量细胞内钙的新一代红色荧光指示剂。Calbryte 590的信号/背景比率和细胞内保留特性大大提高，使其成为评估GPCR和钙通道靶标以及在活细胞中筛选其激动剂和拮抗剂的最强大的红色荧光指示剂。
