钙离子荧光探针Mag-Fluo-4 钾盐是美国AAT Bioquest生产的钙离子荧光探针 ,不受细胞渗透的Mag-Fluo-4是Fluo-4的类似物,Md离子的Kd为4.7 mM,Ca离子的Kd为22 μM,使其可用作细胞内Mg离子指示剂以及低剂量的Mg离子指示剂。亲和钙离子指示剂。
