DiPO -1是与POPO®-1相同的化合物（POPO®是ThermoFisher的商标）。 DiPO -1是一种基于对称性花菁染料二聚体的高亲和力核酸染料，在不存在与核酸结合后表现出最大激发/发射最大?434/456 nm的核酸的情况下，该染料基本不发荧光。 POPO-1是一种蓝色发射染料，可以被405激光激发，并被450/50滤光片激发，它通常用于流式细胞仪和荧光显微镜。
