产品介绍

ReadiLink 生物素寡核苷酸和 ssDNA 标记试剂盒能够对单链 DNA 或带有生物素标签的寡核苷酸进行简单而统一的标记。标记试剂盒使用我们专有的 TAQuest 末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶 (TdT) 催化非模板定向核苷酸掺入到单链 DNA 或寡核苷酸的 3'-末端。该试剂盒针对高效标记进行了优化,包含高效标记 ssDNA 或寡核苷酸所需的所有基本试剂。由此产生的生物素化寡核苷酸和 ssDNA 探针非常适合各种生物应用,例如电泳迁移率变化分析 (EMSA)、Northern 和 Southern 印迹、菌落或原位杂交。
