荧光标记的ADP-TAMRA conjugate [5-TAMRA-eda-ADP]是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光底物 ,荧光标记的ADP分子用于筛选ADP结合酶和其他蛋白质靶标用于药物发现。 该ADP-TAMRA已经测试了K(d)值为0.60±0.05?M的结合犬尿氨酸单加氧酶(KMO)和来自烟曲霉和耻垢分枝杆菌的NMO,K(d)值为2.1±0.2和4.0± 分别为0.2 M(Anal Biochem。2012,425,80-7)。 在与KMO和NMO的底物和产物的竞争性结合实验中测试该测定。 NMO对于真菌和细菌的发病机制至关重要。 NMO在含异羟肟酸的铁载体的生物合成中催化正弦和鸟氨酸的羟基化。 抑制KMO,催化犬尿氨酸转化为3-羟基犬尿氨酸,缓解神经退行性疾病,如亨廷顿氏症和阿尔茨海默氏症以及寄生虫布氏锥虫引起的脑部感染。
