产品介绍

牛小肠碱性磷酸酶(CIP或CIAP)非特异性地催化DNA和RNA磷酸单酯5'和3'末端的去磷酸化。 CIAP还水解核糖以及脱氧核糖核苷三磷酸(NTP和dNTP)。 CIAP可用于许多分子生物学应用,例如去除DNA和RNA的磷酸化末端,以便随后用于探针的克隆或末端标记。 在克隆中,去磷酸化阻止线性化质粒DNA的重新连接。CIAP还可以用于降解PCR反应中未掺入的dNTP,以制备用于DNA测序或SNP分析的模板。 CIAP结合物已与多种有色或荧光AP底物结合广泛用于免疫学分析和测试中。
