磷酸基团绿色荧光底物 PhosLite 是美国AAT Bioquest生产的用于磷酸 的试剂盒，这种水溶性PhosLite 绿色基质在磷酸酶活性位点产生明亮且光稳定的黄绿色荧光沉淀。其荧光沉淀具有几种独特的性质（例如极大的斯托克斯位移和高光稳定性），使该底物成为5-溴-4-氯-3-吲哚基磷酸酯（BCIP）的优异荧光形式，BCIP是用于敏感比色检测碱性磷酸酶活性。它可用于免疫印迹，原位杂交和免疫组织化学，但不需要加入硝基蓝四唑氯化物（NBT）。碱性磷酸酶通常与二抗结合。
