ReadiUse 预活化马来酰亚胺是硫醇反应性HRP衍生物。它可用于容易地标记具有硫醇基团的蛋白质（例如抗体）或其他生物分子。ReadiUse 预活化HRP马来酰亚胺坚固且易于使用。它可以用于通过简单混合标记抗体，即抗体的微酸性或中性溶液（pH6-7）可以直接与HRP马来酰亚胺混合，并将反应混合物摇动1-2小时。在大多数情况下，所得溶液可直接用于ELISA测定而无需进一步纯化。
