产品介绍

小沟结合物(MGB)分子选择性地结合到DNA分子的小沟,即DNA螺旋中的浅沟。MGB标记的寡核苷酸与互补的DNA和RNA靶序列形成稳定的杂合复合物。天然产物CC-1065的类似物二氢吡咯并吲哚三肽(CDPI3)已表现出与寡核苷酸连接时可在单链DNA上阻止序列特异性引物延伸。包含CDPI3的寡核苷酸可提高特异性和杂交强度,从而增强DNA双链体的稳定性。将MGB分子添加到DNA探针可以设计出较短的杂交探针,该探针可用于分子诊断,例如基于定量PCR的测定。可能有几种设计,包括Taqman MGB探针。AAT Bioquest提供此CPG支持,可将MGB部分方便地添加到寡核苷酸的3'末端。我们还提供MGB亚磷酰胺,用于用MGB部分标记5'末端。
