产品介绍

Buccutite 交联技术提供了最方便、最有效的交联方法,以高共轭产率连接两个生物分子。该方法使用一对交联剂:Buccutite MTA 和 Buccutite FOL。 MTA 被添加到一个分子中,而 FOL 被添加到另一个分子中。通过在中性条件下混合 Molecule-1-Buccutite MTA 和 Molecule-2-Buccutite FOL 来引发交联反应。Buccutite MTA 马来酰亚胺 (MTAM) 的使用方式与广泛用于交联蛋白质的 SMCC 相同。MTAM 的一端(通过马来酰亚胺)与还原抗体(通过 TCEP 或 DTT)中发现的半胱氨酸的硫醇 (-SH) 反应。 SMCC 交联需要高浓度的蛋白质。此外,SMCC 修饰的蛋白质极不稳定,通常会自我反应,因为蛋白质通常同时含有胺和硫醇基团,这会导致大量的同交联。 Buccutite 交联反应在极其温和和中性的条件下发生,无需任何催化剂,它比SMCC更加稳定高效。
