产品介绍

SM(PEG)4是具有24.6埃的胺-巯基交联剂。它具有可与氨基反应的NHS酯和可与巯基反应的马来酰亚胺。N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺酯(NHS)基团在pH 7-9时与赖氨酸和N端氨基发生特异而有效的反应,形成稳定的酰胺键。马来酰亚胺基团在pH 6.5-7.5下与还原的巯基反应形成稳定的硫醚键。SM(PEG)4用于通过柔性PEG间隔臂不可逆地交联蛋白质或肽。PEG臂有助于保持缀合物的溶解度,减少聚集和免疫原性的趋势。它是执行受控的两步蛋白偶联(如SMCC)的理想选择。
