ReadiUse 预活化APC-iFluor 700 Tandem是美国AAT Bioquest生产的蛋白标记染料 ,PE-AlexaFluor®700是流式细胞仪中常用的一种颜色。它的主要吸收峰在565 nm,发射峰在720 nm。AAT Bioquest提供了这种预活化的PE-iFluor 700 ,以替代流行的PE-AlexaFluor®700 Tandem。与串联的PE-AlexaFluor®700相比,PE-iFluor 700更亮,FRET效率更高。它用于促进PE-AlexaFluor®700串联连接至抗体和其他蛋白质,例如链霉亲和素和其他辅助试剂。我们的预活化PE-iFluor 700 Tandem比传统繁琐SMCC的PE-AlexaFluor®700 Tandem染料具有更高的产率,并具有更好的流式细胞仪性能。
