AzoDye-1 PEG10 叠氮化物是标记含炔分子的绝佳构建模块。 它包含一个 PEG10 间隔基,与 AzoDye-1 叠氮化物 (#2412) 相比,提高了水溶性,尽管 AzoDye-1 叠氮化物 (#2412) 和 AzoDye-1 PEG10 叠氮化物 (#2413) 都具有相同的疏水的 BHQ-1 生色团 . AzoDye-1 染料几乎不发荧光,具有中等消光系数。 这些暗猝灭剂最常用于分子信标探针,其中 FRET 对其荧光猝灭的贡献最小,因此对供体-受体光谱重叠的依赖性对于其他 FRET 探针(如 FRET 肽)并不重要。 AzoDye-1 染料可以淬灭多种荧光团,特别是荧光素衍生物,如 FAM、HEX、TET、NED 和 JOE。
