TQ2WS是FAM，HEX,TET,JOE,TF2和罗丹明6G非常好的猝光剂。TQ2WS具有(a)更强的吸收作用；(b)更高的猝光效率; (c)作为寡核苷酸和多肽的标签，TQ2WS有更好的水溶性，比其它猝光剂具有多功能反应性。TQ2WS酸水溶性最好，并且是寡核苷酸和多肽标签的非荧光猝光剂。我们已经证明TQ2WS用于增强疏水性多肽的水溶性十分有效。
