mFluor Red 780染料是APC-AlexaFluor®750双色膜的极佳替代品,因为它们的光谱特性与APC-AlexaFluor®750共轭物相同。 mFluor Red 780染料是水溶性的,用mFluor Red 780染料制备的蛋白质结合物在633 nm或647 nm处被激发,产生红色荧光(与Cy7®滤波片兼容)。 mFluor Red 780染料和偶联物是用于流式细胞术研究的优秀红色激光试剂。与APC-AlexaFluor®750鞣革相比,mFluor Red 780染料具有更高的光稳定性,使其易于用于荧光成像应用,而由于APC-AlexaFluor®750缀合物很难用于荧光成像应用, APC-AlexaFluor®750 tandems的快速光漂白。 mFluor Red 780马来酰亚胺稳定且与含巯基的生物分子(例如还原抗体)高度反应。
