产品介绍

mFluor Blue 660染料可用488 nm的蓝色激发光充分激发。它具有巨大的斯托克斯位移,发射波长约为660 nm。mFluor™Blue 660染料是水溶性的,用mFluor™Blue 660染料制备的蛋白质结合物在488 nm处被激发,产生红色荧光。mFluor™Blue 660染料和缀合物是用于流式细胞仪检测的出色的蓝色荧光试剂。与RPE相比,mFluor™Blue 660染料具有更高的光稳定性,使其易于用于荧光成像应用,而由于RPE缀合物的快速光漂白,很难将RPE缀合物用于荧光成像应用。它也是用于光谱流式细胞仪的独特荧光染料,因为很少有具有这种特殊光谱特征的现有染料。
