产品介绍

AAT Bioquest的iFluor 染料针对标记蛋白质(特别是抗体)进行了优化。这些染料是明亮的,耐光的,并且对蛋白质的淬灭作用极小。它们可以被荧光仪器的主要激光线(例如350、405、488、532、555、633和647 nm)激发。 iFluor 665系列的光谱特性类似于AlexaFluor®660(AlexaFluor®是Invitrogen的商标)。 iFluor 665系列的荧光在pH值从3到11时不受pH值的影响。这些光谱特性使该新染料系列成为AlexaFluor®660的出色替代品。在相同条件下,iFluor 665在某些抗体上可提供更强的荧光信号。 iFluor 665马来酰亚胺相当稳定,即使在中性或弱酸性条件下,对蛋白质硫醇基也表现出良好的反应性和选择性。
