核酸多肽蛋白标记 SunRed SE是美国AAT Bioquest生产的核酸染料 。虽然磺酰罗丹明101酰氯（也称为TexasRed®）是最常用的磺酰氯标记试剂，但它在水中非常不稳定，特别是在pH较高与脂族胺反应时。此外，与染料琥珀酰亚胺酯相比，TexasRed的标记效率极低。 SunRed SE是一种琥珀酰亚胺酯。它是Texas Red的绝佳替代品。 SunRed与胺化合物（如氨基酸，肽和蛋白质）发生反应，得到非常稳定的亮红色荧光缀合物。与TexasRed相比，SunRed具有更高的标记效率，更重要的是，所得到的缀合物比相应的TexasRed缀合物荧光和水溶性更好。 SunRed的缀合物具有与TexasRed®相同的激发和发射波长。经研究表明，在相同的标记条件下，SunRed比TexasRed更稳定。它对于标记疏水性肽非常有用，使得荧光缀合物更易于纯化并且更易溶于水。
