5(6)-羧基四甲基罗丹明尸胺是美国AAT Bioquest生产的罗丹明染料 。5(6)-羧基四甲基罗丹明尸胺是产生荧光性生物偶联物的基础，也是转谷氨酰胺酶的荧光底物，通过转酰胺基作用标记蛋白质。TAMRA是使用的多种生物共轭物中最受欢迎的偶联物之一。TMR是一种很亮的橙色荧光基团。5(6)-TAMRA是由两个具有不同羧基的TMR单体形成的混合物。
