6-ROX甘氨酸 25 uM荧光法PCR检测参照液是美国AAT Bioquest生产的ROX系列染料 。6-ROX主要用作进行PCR检测的参照染料。 然而，与其他罗丹明染料相比，6-ROX非常不稳定，但6-ROX甘氨酸具有改善的稳定性，并且6-ROX甘氨酸具有与6-ROX相似的光谱特性。
