产品介绍

6-ROXtra,SE是美国AAT Bioquest生产的ROX系列染料 。尽管ROX染料具有很强的荧光性,但它极不稳定,一些市售试剂保质期只有几个月。与6-ROX标记化合物相比,我们的6-ROXtra 染料具有更高的稳定性和相同的光谱特性。此外,我们的6-ROXtra 染料比6-ROX染料水溶性更高。我们的初步研究表明,在大多数情况下,6-ROXtra衍生的寡核苷酸比相应的6-ROX寡核苷酸更容易纯化。当与蛋白质偶联时,6-ROX的荧光会被严重淬灭,而6-ROXtra 仍表现出强荧光。
