Cy3 胺是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料 ，各种花青3（Cy3）染料已用于标记生物分子，用于荧光成像和其他基于荧光的生化分析。它们广泛用于标记肽，蛋白质和寡核苷酸等。Cy3染料在与蛋白质结合后荧光大幅度增强。Cy3炔烃选择性地与叠氮基团反应。
