Cy3 马来酰亚胺是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料 ，各种花青3（Cy3）染料已用于标记生物分子，用于荧光成像和其他基于荧光的生化分析。 它们广泛用于标记肽，蛋白质和寡核苷酸等。Cy3染料在与蛋白质结合后荧光大幅度增强，Cy3NHS酯易与氨基反应。
