生物活性

Dalbavancin hydrochloride, a novel, semisynthetic lipoglycopeptide, has potent activity, greater than that of vancomycin, against Gram-positive bacteria. Dalbavancin hydrochloride inhibits Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus anthracis with MIC90s of 0.06 μg/mL and 0.25 μg/mL, respectively.
