产品介绍：FGF-10的作用始于原肠胚形成阶段，通过调节祖细胞数量和刺激腺体生长，参与胚胎期泪腺和睡液腺的形成，在成人中，FGF-10维持腺体稳态和/或再生。FGF-10主要以硫酸乙酰肝素(HPSG）作为辅因子以旁分泌方式特异性激活FGFR2b，从而激活细胞内信号通路诱导细胞有丝分裂反应或促进运动或细胞存活、迁移和分化，诱导角质细胞的增殖和分化。
生物活性 Bioactivity: Measured by its ability to induce IL-11 secretion by Saos-2 human osteosarcoma cells. The ED50 for this effect is ≤2 μg/mL.
